Turmeric Mango Smoothie Bowl

Our easy smoothie recipe is a great way to start the day and will keep you going until lunch.

Ingredients

½ cup plain unsweetened yoghurt

2tbsp nut butter

1/2tsp turmeric

½ cup frozen mango cubes

1 frozen banana

1tbsp chia seeds

50g of your favourite muesli for toppings

Coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend yoghurt, mango, banana, turmeric, nut butter and chia, and if needed add a splash more milk to blend thoroughly. This smoothie is meant to be thick, so it can support your toppings.
  2. Place in a bowl and top with muesli and coconut flakes.
